Buying Tickets
• Enter the Ticket Shop by clicking on either the Ticket Shop button in the top right-hand corner or a "Buy" link next to a tour listed on the left-hand side menu. When you are in the Ticket Shop you will see a list of shows you can buy tickets for.
• Click on the "buy" link on any listed show on the website. This takes you to your ticket trolley.
• Enter in the quantity of tickets you want to buy and use the buttons as follows...
“View trolley” button shows you what’s in your trolley.
“Update” button calculates how much your purchase will cost including all fees and charges, and updates your trolley when you've changed the number of tickets you wish to buy.
“Cross” next to a ticket will remove it from your trolley when it is clicked.
"Checkout” button takes you to the secure payment page. You can click on other gigs on the left hand side of the page to add more tickets to your trolley at any time.
• You’ll need to select a delivery option before you proceed to the checkout. If one or more of the shows you have bought tickets is less than seven (7) days away, registered post delivery is not available. You will be able to pick up your tickets at the gig.
• Once at the checkout, fill in your customer and credit card details and click "place order". If you end up back at the checkout screen, you've probably missed out some information we need to process your order. Scroll up and down and check for error messages.
• A confirmation page entitled “Order Receipt” will show you that your purchase has been successful, and display your receipt number. You will then receive a purchase confirmation email with event details and your receipt number. IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE ORDER RECEIPT PAGE, and receive your confirmation email within an hour of your purchase, then your transaction has not been completed, and you have not secured your tickets. If you have not bought anything online before, or have any problems at all, please email support@heatseeker.com.au for assistance.
• On the day of a show, tickets are available online up until two hours before doors open. After this time, you can buy tickets on the door, if available, until they’re sold out.
• When a show is very close to selling out and has limited tickets remaining for sale, you may see a message on the ticket trolley or secure checkout page that says you cannot purchase the number of tickets you have requested. This means there are less tickets available in total than you are trying to buy. If the words “sold out” appear next to the show, then there are no tickets available.
• There is a limit of ten (10) tickets per customer for each gig.
Getting Your Tickets
If you’ve chosen to have your tickets delivered (will show as deliver order via registered post on your order receipt), your tickets will be despatched to you within five working days of purchase.
If you’ve chosen to pick up your tickets at the show, all you need to do is print your email receipt, then bring it to the gig and your tickets will be waiting for you.
Heatseeker receipts generally arrive in HTML format, and your email client may be set to read plain text emails only. If this is the case, you will see a text only receipt that explains this, and a proper copy of your receipt will be attached for you to view and print, or you can visit our web site http://www.heatseeker.com.au , click on the Ticket Receipt link on the left hand side of the main page, and enter the receipt number and your email address to view a print friendly receipt. All you need to do this is an internet browser.
You will need to say your name, and present your receipt at the door of the show you’ve bought tickets for. At a major festival event you should look for the Box Office or Heatseeker Collection sign and head there to get your tickets. Some receipts just contain a receipt number, others contain a barcode as well, so you need to bring along the whole receipt in case it needs to be scanned.
Security Policy
Heatseeker knows that many customers are still concerned about the security and protection of their credit card information. We process your credit card transaction via the latest industry standard military grade 128 bit encryption technology to protect your credit card information and keep your transaction details secure.
You can confirm that your browser is in secure mode on the checkout page by looking for the padlock icon in the bottom right corner of your browser window. It you double click it, it should read:

Personal Information Protection
Heatseeker requires your personal information from you to process your orders and to personalise your shopping with us. Information including your name, address, contact phone numbers and email address, credit card details, etc. is essential in the processing of your order. We DO NOT Store Credit Card information.
Pricing Policy
We accept VISA, Mastercard and Bankcard. All prices are in Australian Dollars & Include GST.
The Heatseeker online purchase service charges a single low-cost booking fee of $3.30 which is added to the base ticket price. Then your bank’s credit card charges are added, which vary depending on the type of card you’re using.
So the final cost of your purchase is the ticket price + the booking fee + the credit card charges. If your transaction is successful an e-mail message will be sent to confirm your order upon completion.
Conditions of Entry
Different events and venues may have different rules, and we endeavour to make sure you know everything you need to know before you arrive at the event. These rules generally refer to what you can and can’t bring, who can attend, refund policies and other relevant info so everyone is safe and knows what is going on.
