Terms & Conditions

Different events and venues may have different rules and we endeavour to make sure you know everything you need to know before you arrive at the event. These generally refer to what you can and can’t bring, who can attend, refund policies and other relevant info so everyone is safe and knows what is going on. These apply at all Heatseeker ticketed shows unless stated otherwise in “special conditions”.

Special conditions

1. A change in the personal circumstances of the purchaser does not entitle the purchaser to return or exchange the ticket.
2. Heatseeker can not usually reissue lost or stolen General Admission Tickets once they have been issued to the customer. 
3. The seller reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, vary advertised programmes, seating arrangements and audience capacity, and refuse admission with reasonable cause.
4. Cameras and tape recorders may not be permitted.
5. Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in performance.
6. If an outdoor performance/event is cancelled due to adverse weather or for any other cause reasonably outside the seller’s control there is no right to a refund or exchange and the seller is not obliged to arrange a substitute service, event or performance.
7. Moshing, crowd surfing and stagediving are dangerous activities and are not permitted at this event.
8. No warranty is given nor representation made regarding the view of the stage.
9. This ticket is sold subject to the conditions displayed at the entry to the event it is valid for.
10. Where the event is licensed or has licensed areas official photo identification will be required for entry (drivers license, passport). Any patron refused admission due to inappropriate identification has no right to any refund or exchange. 
11.  Patrons under the age of 18 attempting to enter any licensed areas by way of force, stealth or false identification will be ejected form the vent immediately with no right to any refund or exchange.”
